The mission house is 28 units of independent living under one roof. The unit sizes potentially range from 450 ft.² to 850 ft.². Each unit has at least one bedroom a sitting room, bathroom, kitchenette, carport, and an outdoor patio. This is our modest to middle income offering. It has a common dining room and kitchen, laundry facilities, and mudroom. Because this is the core building of our mission… To live in this Mission farmhouse, renters will need to agree to a statement of biblical faith.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Rotational grazing is the process of animal management across land in a series of days. By that we mean, animals will have temporary paddocks typically 25' x 25' for one day. In the series of rotation there will be potentially two milking cows, then 5 to 7 sheep, then 2 to 4 pigs, then 100 meat chickens. Each day these animals move forward one 25’ square and in four days’ time 100 pounds of organic manure is deposited and spread around the land by the chickens. The animals continue rotating around the exterior of these plots of land until 60 days later when they are back where they started. In those 60 days, the land has time to rest and produce enough foliage to feed the cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens when they return.

Go Back/View on Plan ↑The equipment barn will store all farm implements and have a second story where one of the farm employees will live. It is one of the five living spaces where employees will have the opportunity to live on site. This space will also include a full tool shed, and animal processing area.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑The farm management barn will house all of the rotational grazing animals in case of storms or hurricane. This building will have a milking stall and room for winter feed storage.
Additionally, this building will have a second story living space for the farm manager, along with a one room, farm management office on the ground floor.
Every regenerative farm needs to ensure that any animal that is potentially dealing with an illness, has a separate space to recuperate. Holding paddocks will be used to ensure animal safety. Different holding paddocks will also be used as a temporary petting zoo for visiting children on field-day trips.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑No homesteading farm is complete without chickens!
60 to 100 free range laying hens will have a permanent coup to provide for their nighttime safety.
Any food that the residents do not eat or is sold to the public will be fed to the animals. Whatever cannot be fed to the animals will be composted. There are three different composting methods that will be employed at the village and viewable for visitors walking on the Perimeter Promised Path. G3 Village will also have a small worm farm. With all the fishing opportunities at G3 Village we will need plenty of worms!
Go Back/View on Plan ↑The rabbit hutch area will have a capacity of 50 to 100 rabbits raised for meat. They will be raised colony style, allowing them to roam a large area and interact with each other. We also intend to have a portable rabbit ‘tractor’ which will be moved daily to allow rabbits to eat the wild grass and fertilize our grassland.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Every farm needs its pollinators! G3 Village will have numerous hives available for bee colonies. This area will also be equipped with a safety station to include EpiPens. All equipment pertaining to the beehives will be stored in the equipment barn.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑To reduce the traffic through the main core of G3 Village we will have a farm service road. It will be used by all farm implements, small trucks, and safety vehicles.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Both of our water features will be a beautiful place of reflection and solace. They will be very well stocked so everyone can enjoy a father/son fishing tournament on a regular basis. (yes ladies… we will have some fishing tournaments for you too!) These water features will not be chemically contaminated so all fish can be eaten if desired.

Go Back/View on Plan ↑Two cottages will be made available for short term rentals in two- or four-week segments for pastors and missionaries needing respite or a sabbatical. Churches and others will be allowed to rent these cottages for their pastoral staff.
The option will be made available for the Pastoral Cottage visitors to either eat in the Mission House with all meals provided for their stay, or they can make their own meals with food supplied from the farm. Yes, they can also bring their own food to the cottage.
12 independent living cottages with full kitchens and attached garages will range from 1000 ft.² to approximately 1600 ft.². These rentable living units will be open to any income level. As with the Mission House, people residing in Legacy Park still require a 10-hour volunteer service commitment every week and will have the option to participate in the dining room meals.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Residents of the G3 Village will enjoy the security of a private access gate. The public will not be allowed to enter the residence area unless invited.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑The administrative/welcome hub will exist as a bridging place between residents and the public. It will be used to introduce new people to the concept of G3 Village, and it will also be the location where residents come to choose their service hours for the week. This building will be one of five 2-story buildings. The second floor will be used as staff residence. There are no steps up anywhere in the village for residents 50 and older. The only steps up will be for staff members who live above one of the five buildings with a second story.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Residents and staff will enjoy the community pool and fire pit area. It will be a focal point for opportunities to bring the entire village together for celebrations. Residents will also be allowed to rent the community pool and fire pit area, which will include an outdoor kitchen for their personal family gatherings.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑G3 Foundation is dedicated to educating the next generation! We have already been contacted by the local county school system to become a field trip destination. Truist Bank has committed to supporting children learning about agriculture, animal husbandry, science, and mathematics through a visit to G3 Village. This field trip center will include a food preparation area for the students to participate in creating their own lunch from foods they have collected on the property. A truly interactive learning experience. Residents can choose to be educators for these field trips as part of their 10-hour commitment to serve at the village.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Much like an Airbnb or Vrbo, G3 Village will have two rentable short stay cottages for visitors to G3 Village. The people might…
- be future residents who want to get a 'feel' for the community before making a rental commitment
- be children, or grandchildren of people who reside at G3 Village
- be weary travelers who simply want a rural relaxing experience
The round, short stay cottage has a second floor for staff housing with a private entrance.
This building will house different methods of producing food, hydroponics, aquaponics, micro green production, and more. This area will be part of the learning tour for our field trip children. This building will also have a second story for staff housing.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑While there will be many raised garden beds throughout the entire village, this concentrated area will be part of our learning tour for visitors of all ages.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑This is an interesting building!
Geared to be a profit center to ensure our mission farmhouse rents stay modest to middle income, this Good Food Repository will be available only during weekdays and Sundays via key card entry. Fresh farm food shopping will be available to people on an annual membership basis. They will have 24-hour access to this video monitored space and purchases will be made via the honor system. They can pay for their produce with credit card.
On Saturdays, this building will be open along with the outdoor Weekend Vegetable Stand for the public to purchase fresh farm food. The Good Food Repository will also have pet food available.
This outdoor pole barn will provide shade for our Saturday vegetable stand, open to the public. Fresh produce will be available for sale each Saturday between a specific set time. Other local vendors may be given space under the pole barn to expand the experience for our visitors.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑The perimeter promise path is a walkway around the entire 20+ acre property. Fencing will separate the public walk area from the residence area. The walkway will be adjacent to the rotational grazing area, enabling visitors and students to see cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens as they graze. Farther down the path there will be beehives, poultry paddocks, composting stacks, resting benches, pond, reflection areas, and encouraging words of promise, all along the way. This perimeter path will be available to the public from sunup till sundown at least five days a week.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑Currently five units of RV parking will be available for short stay. Water and power hook ups will be available.
Go Back/View on Plan ↑This is a very flexible space. Different halls will be accessible in different sizes to allow rental space to create additional income for the village. It can be used for church services, conferences, weddings, funerals, boardroom rentals, family, reunions, book signings, teachings, and more!
As a sidenote: this square footage is also equivalent for accommodating a modest assisted living complex. We have had discussions with outside vendors who would rent the space from us and build a small, assisted living facility.
Second sidenote: if the cost of an events hall is beyond our initial reach for this pilot project, this property could remain additional pasture space.
The school bus parking is essentially as described. However, it is also going to be equipped for overnight RV rental spaces. This would be an overflow area for people that are staying for only one night and only electricity would be available at these sites.
